Transform boring chicken thighs and bland breasts into a protein that’s perfect for weekly meal prep for the family. This quick and easy Instant Pot chicken ranch recipe is made with just a handful of simple ingredients, including our deliciously creamy and cool, no-dairy Ranch Dressing. 

Ingredients

• Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil Spray

• 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs

• 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

• 1-2 Tbsp. taco seasoning

• 1 cup Primal Kitchen Ranch Dressing

Directions

1. Spray the inside bottom of the Instant Pot with avocado oil spray.

2. Coat chicken pieces with taco seasoning, then place into the bottom of the Instant Pot. Pour in ranch dressing.

3. Seal lid and set to Poultry (if your pot doesn’t have a Poultry button, set to manual for 15 minutes).

4. When cycle is complete, allow pressure to release naturally.

5. Remove lid, take chicken out and slice, dice, shred, or leave whole.

6. Serve with extra ranch dressing, if desired.
