Our five-ingredient buffalo sauce cauliflower wings are simple to make using just a few pantry and fridge staples. All of the finger-licking flavor comes from our bold, feisty, no-dairy Primal Kitchen Buffalo Sauceno extra garlic powder, hot sauce, or melted butter necessary. 

While most chicken wings are fried in oil, these lightly crisp, totally snackable cauliflower wings are gently air-fried or baked for the perfect lighter bite. Instead of experimenting with complicated seasoning mixes, we opted to coat our cauliflower wings in almond flour and our vegan, Whole30, and Paleo-friendly sauce before cooking to give them a potent punch of Buffalo flavor.
