How Long Does It Take to Cook Steak in an Air Fryer?
The cook time on different air fryer models will vary, but aim to keep your steak in the fryer for at least ten to fifteen minutes. Remove the basket every five minutes or so to check the cooking progress, and shake the steak a bit so it cooks evenly throughout. Depending on how well done you like your steak, use a meat thermometer to prevent undercooked (or overcooked!) bites.
Check the temperature of the biggest cut of steak, and follow this cheat sheet so your bites are cooked to perfection.
- Rare: 125 Fahrenheit
