Air Fryer Steak Bites
This version of steak can be made in less than 20 minutes, making it the perfect quick bite for busy weekdays, or an unexpected appetizer for last-minute guests. Air Fryer Steak Bites can be made with just four ingredients: avocado oil, sirloin steak, salt and pepper.
1 cup of cubes of sirloin steak
2 Tbsp. Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil
Salt and pepper
Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil Spray
1 cup of Primal Kitchen Classic BBQ Sauce, for dipping
Pat the sirloin steak dry, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
Place it in a bowl with avocado oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Preheat the Air Fryer for 400 degrees for 4 to 5 minutes.
Spray the basket with avocado oil.
Place the steak bites in the basket for 10 to 15 minutes, checking every 5 minutes. As you check, gently shake the basket to ensure even cooking.
Use a meat thermometer on the largest piece to check the steak is cooked to your ideal temperature internally.
Serve with BBQ Sauce for dipping, and enjoy!

How Long Does It Take to Cook Steak in an Air Fryer?
The cook time on different air fryer models will vary, but aim to keep your steak in the fryer for at least ten to fifteen minutes. Remove the basket every five minutes or so to check the cooking progress, and shake the steak a bit so it cooks evenly throughout. Depending on how well done you like your steak, use a meat thermometer to prevent undercooked (or overcooked!) bites.
Check the temperature of the biggest cut of steak, and follow this cheat sheet so your bites are cooked to perfection.
